In this month’s Technique of the Month feature, Sifu Lamar M. Davis II is approached by an assailant (played by Anthony Ferrol). As the assailant gets closer, Sifu Davis starts to raise his hands into a defensive posture. As the opponent shows signs of attacking with his right hand, Sifu Davis immediately unleashes a lead straight punch to the assailant’s face. He then follows up immediately with a rear ping chuie (horizontal fist) and flows right into a lead oou chuie (hook punch) with full follow through. This is a perfect example of a flowing Attack By Combination (ABC).
